Asset & Financial Management

In Rem’s Asset & Financial Management service provides our clients with management of the day to day business operation of your property. This includes collection of rents and fees; payments of obligations as utilities, contractors, vendors and other obligations from income; management and maintenance of all financial records including Financial Statements, Rent Roll and budgets; and manage tenant communication and inform appropriate party as necessary.

Asset Maintenance

In Rem’s Asset Maintenance service relieves our clients with the day to day maintenance of their property. Finding the right contractors or simply doing it yourself can become very tedious and grueling. Many of our clients do not want to deal with these hassles but want to be sure that their asset is in good hands and problems or issues are handled efficiently. Our maintenance service includes regular on-site inspection by our managers; regular maintenance service as landscaping, cleaning and snow removal; and respond to maintenance or repair issues, as necessary.

Additionally, we have a comprehensive tenant credit and eviction screening process so to procure the best quality tenant for your property.
