After Hour Emergencies:

An after hour emergency call must be a matter that cannot wait until the next business day. 
If our emergency repair service visits the property and deems the visit to be a non-emergency, then you will be charged for that visit. 

Lockouts: $50.00 fee that must be paid in cash to the on-call repairman before any door is opened.  Proper ID must be presented.
